- Reduced rates available for long term rental.
Rental includes utilities and departure cleaning.
20% deposit to confirm reservation.
Balance is required 8 weeks before occupancy.
$400 refundable security deposit required with balance.
Optional pool heat $80 per wk. (recommended Nov.-April).
Rates are exclusive of taxes (3% local plus 7% state) unless otherwise stated.
