Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $145 per night, weekly rentals also
- January thru March - $145 per night, 2 night min, wkly rate $895, 6 nights $850;
April thru September - $160 per night, 2 night min, wkly rate $975, 6 nights $925;
October - $175 per night, 3 night minimum;
November and December - $160, 2 night min, wkly rate $975 , 6 nights $925;
Cleaning fee of $60 and NC sales tax of 7% on total;
Pets are welcome with prior approval, fee is $35 per pet per visit;
50% due at booking. Refunds with 30 days advanced notice.Cancellation fee.;
Check in - 3:00pm, check out - 10:00 am. - Dates available: Starting August 24th, 2012
