For summer 2013: June, July, August: only weekly rental at $2500 per week. Friday to Friday. Primary renter must be 25 years of age.A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A $250 security deposit is required for each stay. It will be returned with in one week of departure. The security deposit will be garnished for damages and/or excessive cleaning beyond the ordinary. - A rental agreement will be emailed at time of reservation. Check in time 3:00pm Friday and check-out time 10:00am the following Friday.
