Folly Field Condo Summary

Our Condo features 2BR & 2BA. Master bedroom has a new pillow-top King bed dressed in 300 thread count linens with down accessories. Second bedroom features two twin beds sporting the same linens and accessories. Each bed has wall lamps with 100 watt bulbs for easy reading. There are TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. The master TV has a VCR and DVD. Master Bath has a tub and hall bath has a shower. The living area is decorated with white wicker and there are ceiling fans to keep the breezes blowing. The kitchen is well equipped for the cook in the family. The balcony overlooks a lagoon with a fountain and shares its space with a palm tree. The resort has 24 hour security and is a gated community. There are books, games, DVDs and oodles of movies for your enjoyment pleasure. We also have furnished a rolling cart for you to use to move in and out with ease. Our unit is located close to the elevator and laundry room. NEW as of 4/15/08, Free WiFi in condo, bring your laptop.

Folly Field Condo Details

Two floors down is one of the pools and the deli/grill/resort store for those last minute things you may have forgotten or a bite to eat. The food is quite good.

Activities:: Activities include swimming, sunning, tennis, golf, shopping, antiquing, birding, working out, bicycling, great food, and the arts, Area: Hilton Head Resort is centrally located mid island. Close to airport, hospital and great restaurants.

Amenities: The Resort has everything a family could want on vacation. We have two outdoor pools and one indoor. There is a hot tub, jogging track, nautilus equipment, sun deck, tennis courts, bar-be-que grills and picnic area. During the summer we have a beach cabana that serves food, Oh, and did I mention the beach? Our Resort is one of the few that has its own private beach on the ocean. We have a 300 yard boardwalk that takes you across the ever changing landscape of marsh to the Ocean and powdered sugar sand. We have a deli/grill/resort store on-site. There are also pool tables and ping pong tables at the grill. And of course, golf courses every where. For the folks who love to shop, there are two huge outlet centers with designer stores such as Escada, Dana Buchman and Movado.
