Sun Valley Condo Summary

This is our family-owned vacation condo in Elkhorn at the Fairway Nine Condominiums in Sun Valley, Idaho. We completed our remodel in 2005 installing new carpet and paint, new kitchen cabinets, appliances, tile, and a large tiled walk-in shower in the master bedroom.

Ski Magazine, in its October 2003 issue, voted Sun Valley as one of North America's top 10 resorts (and second in overall service and on-mountain food), and included the town of Ketchum as one of the eighteen best ski towns in North America. Ketchum not only has a wide choice of outstanding restaurants, shopping and art galleries, but a variety of enjoyable clubs and other entertainment (including comfortable movie theaters). The Sun Valley - Elkhorn area offers world-class recreational opportunities, including downhill, Nordic and skate skiing, golfing, fly-fishing, walking, biking and in-line stating on a 25-mile paved trail, white-water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, tennis, and year-round ice skating, all in a spectacular mountain setting! A free shuttle bus is available and provides frequent round-trip service to Ketchum, Mt. Baldy, and other areas within Sun Valley.

Sun Valley Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $200.00 and up per night. $1275 and up weekly. Call or email for best rates and specials.
  • The amount of security deposit required to confirm your reservation is $250.00. Final payment must be received 30 days prior your arrival date.
    If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be fully refunded.
    If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will become nonrefundable.
    Rates are quoted for 4 guests.
    Please add sales tax of 8% and a $95.00 cleaning fee except for stays of four nights or longer.
    We accept Visa/Mastercard and personal checks.
