Laundry room provides washer, dryer, sink, ample counter space. Three-car garage, 7 adult bicycles. Large deck adds to the ambiance of the setting with a screened 6-person hot tub, patio table, dining chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and a large propane gas barbecue.
Location and Ammenities: The home is located within Sunriver Resort, which boasts over 30 miles of paved bike trails, 3 18-hole championship golf courses, a 9-hole putting green, 28 tennis courts, lap pool within Sage Springs Spa, 2 outdoor pools, wading pools, water slide, playground, horseback riding, and more. Discover the marina, surrounding high desert, and mountain lakes for adventures in canoeing, kayaking, fishing, whitewater rafting, and boating. Day trips are abundant and vary by season. Additional amenities include Swim/Tennis passes, free foursome of golf and other golf amenities, reduced fees on other resort owned attractions, access to the Sage Springs Spa as a resort guest, and in-resort shuttle service.
