This house is located on a golf course with wonderful views of the mountains and desert. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk in closet, deluxe queen size bed, 2 night stands, armoire with TV, DVD, VCR and sitting area with a view of the mountains. The 2nd bedroom has a deluxe queen size bed 1 night table, full dresser with mirror with abundant closet space. Den includes desk, bookshelf, high speed Internet. Every room is equipped with a ceiling fan and the house is fully air conditioned for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is set up for your every need and comes with a GE profile refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and garbage disposal as well as all your dish requirements.

Anthem Country Club is a guard gated community located in Anthem just 10 minutes north of Phoenix. Anthem was voted Best Master Planned Community in America for 2 years in a row. The Anthem park consists of 63 acres of park & picnic area with a catch and release fishing lake, as well as a miniature railroad, nestled by water falls. There are 10 miles of walking trails that meander through the park in the desert near the golf courses & over bridges. Anthem has 36 holes of semi private golf designed by Gregg Nash. Nearby shopping include the Anthem Outlet mall, Wal-Mart Supercenter, grocery stores, drug stores, medical clinics, dental services, hardware, ice cream shop, spas, auto repair & many fine restaurants. Minutes away are the communities of Cave Creek, Carefree & North Scottsdale. The red rocks of Sedona are less then an hour away, as well as the Verde Railroad. The Grand Canyon is a overnight trip but well worth it.

If we do not have it and you need it, we will get it! The laundry room has GE washer and dryer with all the cupboard space you need as well as a utility sink. The great room has seating for 6 and a TV as well as surround sound for DVDs and CDs. The back yard comes with patio furniture for your leisure and a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. This House Has It All - All We Need Is You!

Fitness & pool passes are available: Fitness and pool visit together $80 for punch card of 10, Pool only $30 (Subject to change). 2 bikes in the garage for your enjoyment.

Golf: There are numerous public golf courses in the area that are easily accessed by Interstate 17 to the west of the community.
