During High Season (see Rental Rates), only for weekly or multiple weeks 'Saturday to Saturday' or monthly, with check-in at 12:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m. During Off Season, minimum stay is two nights, with flexible check-in and -out times. Ask for details. Please, no smoking or pets allowed. Please See Our Availability Calendar Before Emailing Your Request. Amenities: Linens and Towels, Central Air, 2 Balconies, 2 Skylights, Fully Equipped Kitchen (including Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Dishes), Full-Size Washer and Dryer, 2 Phones, TV in each bedroom with Comcast Basic Cable (VCR and DVD in Living Room), AM/FM Stereo CD, Private Community Pool and 2 Tennis Courts approximately 30 yards away and visible from both balconies.
