• As a multi-unit house we take care in making your stay enjoyable. Renting beach property has its unique challenges so we make every attempt to keep our property clean and safe. By only renting to responsible families, no young adult only rentals, we try to insure your rental experience and vacation is not disrupted. We hope you will respect the property as Units 1 & 2 are also our own families vacation home. During the rental season the owners family will also use the small Unit #3, basement, which is helpful for renters knowing the landlord is often on the premises.
