Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly summer rate $2000
- A 50% deposit will hold your reservation, with the balance due one week prior to arrival. Deposit is fully refundable with cancellation 60 days prior to arrival date. Cleaning fees are included.
June, July and August: one week minimum stay $2000 per week
September through May: 3 night minimum stay $225/ per night, 3 night minimum - Weekly rate peak summer $2,000
Weekly fall rate $1,500
