The fully equipped white tiled kitchen is complete with fridge, four burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. As well, there is a laundry room off the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. Step outside to your own private oasis surrounded by shimmering waters and a spectacular oceanfront view.

In the morning, relax on the patio with a cup of coffee and watch the sun make its way over the mountains. Spend the day lounging in the beautiful pool or sunbathing on the poolside patio. The beach, relatively private and without vendors, is just steps away across the palm lined common garden. At night, the lights of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta shimmer in the distance across the Bay of Banderas. Enjoy a cool, relaxing drink in the shade of the full length overhang where you can read a good book, play games, watch the birds and sea life and the wide expanse of the Bay before you.
