The king sized master bedroom and en-suite master bath with soaker tub and shower open onto the poolside patio where you can watch the spectacular sunrises over Banderas Bay from the patio, or right from your bed! The second and third bedrooms, both with queen size beds, look onto the landscaped front garden. The third bedroom has TV with English Language Satellite and there are two full bathrooms with marble showers adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. The living room and three bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans and sparkling white marble floors throughout the house. The fully equipped white tiled kitchen is complete with fridge, four burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. As well, there is a laundry room off the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. Step outside to your own private oasis surrounded by shimmering waters and a spectacular oceanfront view.

In the morning, relax on the patio with a cup of coffee and watch the sun make its way over the mountains. Spend the day lounging in the beautiful pool or sunbathing on the poolside patio. The beach, relatively private and without vendors, is just steps away across the palm lined common garden. At night, the lights of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta shimmer in the distance across the Bay of Banderas. Enjoy a cool, relaxing drink in the shade of the full length overhang where you can read a good book, play games, watch the birds and sea life and the wide expanse of the Bay before you.
