Traverse City Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 700-1500 / week
- Rates before May 21 and after Sept 10 (off-season) are 700-1000/week.
Weekend stays are available for 300-600 during the off-season.
Rates between May 21 and Sept 10 (peak-season) are 1200-1500/week.
Based on a Saturday-Saturday schedule during peak-season.
Rates based on party of 2. Additional 100-200/person, 75-100/pet (Based on season).
$200 and signed reservation agreement to secure dates, as well as $75 cleaning fee and $500 damanges deposit (damages deposit to be refunded granted cabin is left with no damages).
Paid in full within 1 month of reservation.
$200 Deposit non-refundable. Reservations paid in full after May 21 are non-refundable.
6% State Use Tax.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards through PayPal.
