- Daily Rate Is $155.00 to $175.00 for 5th floor(3 day minimum) and $185.00 to $195.00 a day for 2nd floor with a minimum of 4 days The total costs would be the rate plus our Cleaning Fee ($75.00) and Florida State taxes (11%).
