The full sized washer and dryer are located in this room.

- All four bedrooms have new bedspreads. New ceiling fans in three of the rooms. Downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, room and closet are done in cedar. One upstairs bedroom has dark window treatments for those who like to sleep in during the mornings and a TV. The room has new window treatments, pictures, lamp, spread, ceiling fan and fresh paint in 2007. Another room has queen sized bed in upstairs bedroom which has cable TV and its own access to full sized bathroom. The room has new window treatments, lamp, spread,ceiling fan and fresh paint in 2008. The other room upstairs has as full sized bed with new bedspread, ceiling fan, and fresh paint. Home has A/C, ceiling fans, 3 cable TVs(one DVD), 2 decks, enclosed porch, tile & hardwood floors, spacious living room furnished in leather, roomy full bathrooms on 1st & 2nd floors, washer & dryer, vacuum cleaner w/ extra bags. New furniture in porch & kitchen June 06 Kitchen is fully equipped w/oven, microwave, refrig/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee pot, blender, kitchen utensils (plates, silverware, pots & pans, etc).Freshly painted cabinets spring of 2007. The unit is child proofed, (owners have small children.) Located on East Market, Lewes Beach, DE
Lewes has a water park, go-carts, miniature golf, movie theaters, shops, bike rental, restaurants, dolphin tours, fishing boats and pier, museum and more. Located just minutes from Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, tax-free shopping outlets and attractions. Four hours south of New York City, located where the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean meet, next to Cape Henlopen State Park. Just north of Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, rides, golf, and more. Named one of America's Top 12 Destinations. Lewes has charming, well-preserved historic homes and a downtown with shops, art galleries, antique stores and fine dining. Some of the best crab cake sandwiches in the world can be found in Lewes, the next Martha's Vinyard.
This home has the perfect location. Walk to the beach in the mornings, bike rides at Cape Henlopen State Park in the afternoon and stroll downtown in the evening. Don't miss the awesome coffee shop on Second Street, the crab cake sandwiches sold in restaurants along the water, or the tax-free shopping located in Lewes and near by Rehoboth Outlets. The home is in walking distance from several restaurants. We highly recommend taking the dolphin cruise. The cruise location is within walking distance from the house. Have the kids bring their ipods...new kitchen radio with ipod docking station. 2008 is the perfect year to visit Lewes. Community events are planned throughout the year. We will provide activity brochures for your stay.
Guest Book: We had a great time and your house was just great for us. It was very clean and convenient. The painting and general finish of the house was excellent.
