- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of ½ of the total charges. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival, along with a refundable security deposit of $200 which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
Payment may be made by personal checks or Online Credit Card processing through Homeaway. Rental charges subject to a 7% Lodging Tax.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations from 14 to 30 days will receive ½ of booking. Cancellations within 2 weeks receive no refund. Off-peak bookings can receive full refund 21 days in advance.
