$300 is due within 7 days to hold reservation. $400 deposit due for stays of 28+ nights.
Full payment is due within 60 days of scheduled arrival date. Payment to be in US funds by check, money order or cashier's check. No Credit Cards. $100 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, pro-ration of deposit may be made if unit is re-rented, less minimum fee of $100.00.

You can walk to good restaurants, stores and rental shops for bikes, snorkel gear, kayaks, videos, whatever your needs may be. The Kihei boat launch is less than a mile away and from here you can go on snorkeling and diving adventures. A car is not a necessity but if you want one for a few days, there are convenient rental agencies in town. Please Read Our Guest Book for comments left by our guests. No one has been disappointed! The truth about construction noise: Some travel guide books have mentioned that there is noisy construction next door. That project ceased building 2 years ago and there is no construction nearby to cause a noise problem.
Our 'little grass shack' comes equipped with: Air conditioning, ceiling fans and portable fan. Cordless phone and answering machine. Private lanai with table, chairs and chaise. All necessary linens and towels. Starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Kitchen: is fully stocked and includes dishwasher, microwave, full stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker food processor & blender, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils. Entertainment: Cable TV in living room and bedroom, DVD in living room, radio & CD player, books. Free Internet Access. Beach Equipment: Towels, mats, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, frisbees, boogie boards. Bedroom: Supremely comfy king bed, (or 2 twins if desired) 6 drawer dresser, night stands, full mirrored closet with shelves & hangers. 2 walls of windows and ocean view!
Kihei Kai Nani is a rare jewel of a spot--a throw back to gentler days and ways. True aloha is still practiced here. The complex is a small, quaint, low-rise on 5 acres of lush tropical grounds. It's well maintained and clean. The pool has been recently refurbished. There is no better location in Kihei at these rates!
