* An additional $500 damage deposit is necessary upon check-in and will be fully refunded back with no more than week after your stay if no major damage liable to the renter occurs.
* If you only rent an apartment and not the main house, the deposit amount is $250. - Note: This property will be rented to Only one party at a time.
