Playa Flamingo Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

*** INQUIRE ABOUT THE SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE *** -
Weekly rate always includes 7 nights. You pay 6 nights and get one free.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount.
The remaining 50% shall be paid two business days before checking-in.
You'll receive the keys, together with instructions and other information at the place that is most convenient for you, whether in San Jose, Liberia or directly at the house in Flamingo Beach.
Cancellations made with at least 45 days prior to the reserved date will receive the full deposit back. If it occurs with less than 45 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
An additional $500 damage deposit is necessary upon check-in and will be fully refunded back with no more than week after your stay if no major damage liable to the renter occurs.
If you only rent an apartment and not the main house, the deposit amount is $250. -

You have several rental options:
You can choose to rent the main house only, which has 3 bedrooms sleeping 10 persons
You can rent 1 or all 5 of the studio apartments or detached bedrooms only, which together have 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 persons
Or you can rent all, the main house and all apts. which will comfortably sleep up to 22 adults.

Room Description: The Main House can accommodate up to 14 persons in three bedrooms: Master Bedroom (1 queen size bed), Guest Bedroom One (2 queen size beds), Guest Bedroom Two (4 twin bunk beds). The Apartments can accommodate 8 additional persons: Apartment One with two bedrooms (1 queen size bed each). Apartment Two (1 queen size bed). Apartment Three (1 queen size bed). ***All bedrooms have their own full bathroom. All rooms have A/C. Each apartment has a small kitchen area.
