Paw Paw Cottage Rates

  • From $1,550/Week, $310/night
  • Cottage is rented as a 4BR/2.5BA unit until 45 days prior to arrival, at which time owner will consider renting portions (3BR/1.5BA or 1BR/1BA), each having kitchens, living rooms and etc. A $450 Security deposit is required to confirm reservations. Full weekly/daily rate and housekeeping fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure (minus any expenses for property damage or extraordinary cleaning required).

    Cancellation fee is $75. If the house can be re-booked for the period, all funds will be returned less the $75 cancellation fee. If the house cannot be re-booked, all funds paid (less the security deposit) will be forfeited.

    A housekeeping fee of $90 applies to each cottage ($180 when rented together). Mid stay housekeeping is available upon request for $90/cottage.

    Arrival: Check-in is after 4:00PM
    Departure: Check-out is prior to 12
  • The cottage (4BR/2.5BA unit) rents for $2,200 for most of the summer. The cottage is available for weekly rentals in the summer. If still available within 45 days of arrival, reservations for less than full weeks or for portions of the cottage (3BR/1.5BA or 1BR/1BA, each with kitchens, living rooms, etc.), are accepted.     Daily rates begin are $310 September to May and $440 for most of the summer. Individual daily rates vary between $170 and $260 for the 3BR/1.5BA cottage and between $140 and $220 for 1BR/1BA cottage.

  • The top bunk in upstairs, roadside bedroom is only suitable for smaller children due to the clearance between the mattress and the ceiling. Great lake breeze through both upstairs bedrooms. Sleeping doesn't get any better.
