PLEASE NOTE: Visiting this page constitutes an acknowledgment & acceptance of the ensuing policies and procedures in their ENTIRETY.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A minimum reservation deposit of $200.00 for each reservation payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (U.S. funds), or PayPal. The reservation deposit is applied against rent, tax & departure cleaning. Stays extending beyond 14 nights may require additional deposit.
CANCELLATION: The reservation deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellation received 60 days or more prior to arrival date. No refunds for early departure. June-Nov, no refunds for early departure due to potential stormy weather; refunds will be given only during evacuation mandated by local authorities.
CHANGES: There is a $50.00 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.

a stroll to one of several restaurants or the Casino Dancing hall within 4 blocks. How about a picnic at one of the open beachfront pavilions? When the day is done, unwind on your patio or deck and meet the neighbors as they extend their individual greetings during their evening walks.
Area:
With a population of only 12,000 residents, the sleepy town of Gulfport offers a white sand beach, fishing pier, marina, waters edge picnic pavilions and changing facilities, casino dance hall (built in 1934 and locally famous for its wooden dance floor and swing dances), arts district, library, performing arts theater, tennis and shuffleboard courts, several casual dining spots and bars.
