Allegan Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- PETS STAY FREE. Up to 3 pets.
- $950 Weekly All Seasons
Rates listed are for 2012
$30 PER DAY For each guest over the limit of 6 guests. Maximum occupancy is 8.
Your 50% deposit reserves Pine Cone Cottage for your use.
Cancellations for any reason will be refunded if we are able to re-rent your dates.
The re-rented portion less a $50 re-rental fee and credit card fees we have incurred will be refunded by check within 7 days.
Final payment for peak season rentals is due June 1.
Final payment for other dates, including taxes and security deposit is due on arrival.
A security deposit of $150 for weekend and $150 for weekly reservations is required.
Security deposits are refunded by check within 7 days of your departure provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning charges to be deducted. - PEAK SEASON: MAY 20 - SEPTEMBER 9
