- DEPOSIT: $500 reservation deposit is required, refundable up to 60 days prior to check in less $100 processing fee. This deposit becomes your security deposit and is fully refundable if there is no damage, lost keys, etc.
CLEANING: $100 for 4 hours professional cleaning. Additional cleaning, if necessary, is charged at $25 per hour.
RENT: Nonrefundable rent is to be paid by local Arizona check, money order or cashiers check 60 days prior to check in for holiday & summer rentals; 30 days prior for all other rentals.
DEPOSIT REFUND: Deposit, less cleaning expenses, any expense due to damages, missing items, etc. will be refunded within 2 weeks. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. NO PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE OWNER. EXCEEDING GUEST LIMITS WILL FORFIET DEPOSIT. - 1st week: $1,750 or $1,950 for holiday week
2nd week: $1,400
3rd week: $1,225
