Important Holiday Notes:
Thanksgiving week requires a seven (7) night minimum stay when only the entire villa (3 bedrooms) can be rented for $3,900 plus taxes and $50 damage insurance. Special Christmas rates apply December 14 - January 3 when only the entire villa (3 bedrooms) can be rented at $825 per night, with a minimum seven (7) night stay. A seven night stay during the Christmas dates noted is $5,775 plus taxes and $50 damage insurance.
