Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $250/nt or $1500/wk
- High Season (May 1 - Oct 31): $400/night or $2500/week for up to 8 people;
Low Season (Nov 1 - April 30): $250/night or $1500/week, up to 8 people;
Holiday weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas also high season rates.;
$20/night for each guest past 8.;
Cleaning fee of $150 in addition to rates. County/state tax of 4.75% additional.;
$400 security deposit required, and 2 night minimum year-round.;
