Our rental guidelines are designed to ensure all of our guests have a wonderful stay.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you anticipate arrival after 6:00pm, please call our office to make arrangements. Checkout time is 10:00am. These times have been chosen in order to guarantee our guests a clean rental and avoid delays. We will work with you to accommodate exceptions whenever possible to help you maximize your vacation time on arrival and departure days, provided you make your requests with us in advance.
Deposits
All rentals require a 25% deposit (excluding Florida taxes) at the time of booking.
The balance of is due one month in advance of arrival.

Cottage style accommodations: Amenities: These lovely units have wonderful living rooms for visiting and full kitchens for your convenience as you greet the sunrise from in the bay, pack picnic lunches for the warm beaches, or blend smoothies and specialties to enjoy on your patio as the sun sets. These beautiful accommodations glow with their Florida pine floors, ceiling fans and island decor including original works by local and other artists. All units include air conditioning, cable television and DVD, wireless high speed internet access, and nicely stocked kitchens. The pretty street-side patios mix gulf views and passing tourists and locals as they walk a few hundred yards to Historic Bridge Street and homemade ice cream or cocktails served under sunset-lit skies! Activities: Anna Maria Island is also minutes from Mote Aquarium, Ringling Museum, Long Boat Key, St.
Tourist attractions with in minutes away:
Armand’s Circle, and world class attractions from museums to amusement parks and shopping.
Only an hour from the airport in Tampa and 30 minutes from Sarasota, it’s the perfect getaway.

With the free trolley, stopping on the corner Fourth Street and in front of Anna Maria Island House every twenty minutes, you can ride or walk throughout the beautiful 7 mile long island easily.
