- The master bedroom is large and cozy with vaulted ceilings. It has a very comfortable queen bed. This room has a computer desk for your wireless computer. The master bath has large oval tub/shower. You can walk out onto the balcony from the master room or from the living room which over looks a nice family park with walking trails. The 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds, along with a double bed. Large walk in closet. This room has adjacent bath, that you can enter from the bedroom or from the hall way. Both bedrooms have a TV/VCR. Living room has queen sofa sleeper. Living room has TV/DVD. Amenities: Fireplace, Air Conditioning, Three TV's, Two VCR, One DVD player. Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer inside the condo, Pool, spa, tennis, club house with workout room. (shared), four guest allowed at a time in pool area per condo. Covered Parking. No Smoking, No Pets. Please note, there is no Phone inside condo. Behind complex is a nice park with trails. There is one covered carport in front of the condo. Condo is located on the south side of Colorado Springs off I-25. Near the World Arena, 15 minutes from Airport, and 25 minutes from United States Air Force Academy. No smoking at any time. No pets allowed.
Activities:: Mountains do often inspire greatness, but how many mountains do you know that have inspired one of our nation's greatest patriotic anthems, Pikes Peak prompted the lyrics of 'America the Beautiful.' Take the hour-long drive up to the summit to behold the fruited plain of America's heartland. Or Garden of the Gods Park which is near by. Other near by attractions are the U.S. Air Force Academy, Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, Historical Indian Ruins, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and many more. Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding. While using the common areas of the complex, all guests must have pool pass with them & a limit of 4 guests at one time. E-mail directly now for availability.
