Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Price per week (up to 6 persons) Euro 495
  Per day (min 3 days) Euro 75

  Prices include:
  
  Breakfast consisting of:
  Fresh fruit salad, bread/toast, butter, honey, jam, egg any style and tea/coffee.
  (if you want juice, milk, cereals our staff will be happy to buy it for you).
  
  Free tea/coffee during the day.
  
  1 gallon of drinking water for the week.
  
  Linen and towels, which will be changed one time during the week (please bring your own towel if you go to the beach).
  
  Daily cleaning
  
  Free pick-up from airport or any hotel in Sanur, Kuta or Ubud.
  
  Local tax and tariffs.
• Booking conditions:
  A 40 % down payment must be paid 60 days in advance of arrival date.
  The remaining 60% should be paid 30 days before arrival.
  A security deposit of 100 Euro will also be charged, but will be returned not later than 7 days after departure if no damages have occurred or things missing.
  
  Cancellation policy:
  If you wish to cancel the reservation the payment will be refunded as follows (upon show of a doctor’s note):
  
  If cancelled 14 days before arrival date 100 % will be refunded.
  If cancelled 7 days before arrival date 50 % will be refunded.
