The cleaning fee is $125 and is used to ensure that the apartment is deep cleaned before you arrive. We wash all bed linens, dishes, floors, as well as everything else. Clean is what we are all about at least 10 hours is put in to make sure your vacation gets off to a wonderfull start.
The city of San Clemente collects 10% lodging tax, this is used to help replenish beach sand.
An extra bedroom is available for an additional fee, please ask about this for pricing.
