Home has marvelous views of the ocean from the Kitchen, Living Room, and Master Bedroom, all with access to the expansive deck with tables, chairs, lounges and a 4 person Hot Tub. Ocean views from all these areas are great by day and spectacular views of stars by night while relaxing in the hot tub. Whale watching (Dec-April) from the deck is exciting as well as watching for dolphins, turtles, and fish. Cruise ships and fishing boats pass by which adds to the relaxing scene. Gourmet kitchen with eating area to watch the sun and moon come up over the water. Listen to the waves splash against the cliffside and enjoy the ocean breezes. Comfortable living room with entertainment area. For music lovers, there are speakers in each room of the house and on the deck for listening. TV, VCR, DVD, CD as well. In the 'winter' there is a fireplace for extra atmosphere. There is a long stretch of area for jogging, walking, biking with most along the shoreline. located at 20ft cliffs.

Hcliff about 200 feet back from the ocean, not a far drive to the 'hot water ponds' and Kalapana as well as Volcano National Park. Moana Loa MacNut Factory, Zoo, and local shopping in Hilo at Prince Kuhio Plaza and Historic Downtown Hilo and Lyman Museum are a short drive. Kona side: 2 hours. Amenities: Kitchen: equipped with Dishwasher, Microwave, Combination Convection/regular Oven, SubZero Refrigerator, Separate island with stove top and sink, Cuisine art coffeemaker, blender, rice cooker, toaster. Complete sets of dishes, glassware, serving items, pots, pans, baking utensils. Dish and wash soap and a basic supply of condiments, sugar, flour, mayo, mustard, ketchup, coffee, etc. for your immediate needs. Ceiling fans (3 speed)-bedrooms, living, dining room and kitchen eating area. Sliding glass doors on ocean front that allows for plenty of cross ventilation in the house. Regular size Washer and Dryer Linens, Bath and Beach towels are provided for your use

(Beach umbrella, chairs, and coolers are available) Bedrooms have a king bed in each. This will accommodate 2 people per bedroom for a maximum of 4. Exercise equipment in Master Bath/Bedroom Area. Entertainment Area: 35' TV with Dish Network Satellite, DVD, VCR, CD Players in the living room. Smaller TVs in kitchen and master bedroom. Speakers in all rooms and on deck for easy listening with an assortment of CDs for your pleasure, inc. Hawaiian. Separate Dining Room with garden view. WI-Fi available with Hawaiian Tel land service. D-Link WI-FI Local phone service with caller id and answer machine. No long distance calls on land lines..Please use cell phone. Gas BBQ and two bikes are available. Some DVDs and Videos available as well as books on Hawaii and the Big Island and pamphlets on what to do on the Big Island.
