Please no house parties - The minimun rental is a 4-Night rental which is available only within 30 days of arrival date and it is not discounted.
The 2BR/2BA Orchid and the 2BR/2BA Hibiscus villas are identical units and both comprise Villa Cascada. Both are luxury villas, sleep up to 8 and are furnished/equipped equally, and are made available in this property rental for the same costs. Villas when rented separately will share the pool and courtyard. Owner may reserve and assign either villa on your behalf.
