This is a large private furnished lake home on 1700 plus acre Platte Lake that connects to 1300 acre Sullivan Lake. It is ideally located approximately 20 minutes to Pierz, Onamia, Brainerd, Mille Lacs Lake, Grand Casino, & more. About 10 additional lakes located within a 10 mile radius. And it’s only 3 blocks from snowmobile trails yet fully out in the private country setting. (No hustle & bustle). Lake home is on 100 foot lot with towering 40-50 pines. Home is all season with central air conditioning & gas & wood heat. Fully functioning kitchen, pots pans & dishes provided, stove, oven refrigerator microwave, coffee maker, etc. Local phone service will also be provided. Home has 2 living rooms & 2 TV's that get local stations, living rooms are furnished as well. Home has 2 bed rooms with 2 beds in each as well as a loft with 2 beds. 1 set of linens, as well as bath towels, dish towels, pot holders etc. are provided.

(Remember this is our lake home too & we don't haul all of this back & forth.) Large deck, dock & paddle boat are provided along with a couple of fishing rods & a small amount of tackle to get you started. There are 2 general stores that will have almost anything you would need 1 mile from the house. BR B Amenities: /B BR Large Home 2000 plus Sq Ft, 2 BR & Loft with 6 beds, full kitchen & 1 full bath, deck, dock, paddle boat, etc.

ALL YOU NEED ARE YOUR TOYS (POWER BOAT/4 WHEELER/SNOWMOBILE) & YOUR FOOD!
