This three bedroom suite is in the heart of Las Vegas. The rates listed below inc. phone free local calls, cable, free parking, free high speed Internet access and all the comforts of home. the only additional charges is $100.00 USD cleaning fee for the suite. A $200.00 USD security deposit along with the dates and times of your arrival and departure will hold the suite for you. The deposit is refundable if the suite is left in the same condition as when you checked in.
The refund policy is as follows. A full refund 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 15 days prior to check in and in the event of an Illness you have the option to reschedule or get a full refund. Rates are good anytime except for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Valentine or other major holidays. - $450.00 /three nights, 700.00 week, or $2000/month
