Guests are also entitled to use the Sun Mountain Recreation Club, which includes pool, lake and athletic courts. BR B Amenities: /B BR 4 bedrooms, 2 equipped with queen size beds, 1 with a queen sofa and the fourth with 2 extra long twin beds. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, full laundry facilities, dining. Family room has a floor to ceiling fireplace, there is a recreational area in the basement with a ping pong table, air hockey table and foosball table. The basement also has a gas fireplace and sofa with a walkout door to a patio area where there is a large spa/hot tub. Each bedroom has a TV and there is a CD player in the family room and master bedroom. House has cable TV with 99 channels and a computer with dial up access to AOL. The large deck has a gas grill and patio set.
