Booking payment: 25%.
Balance: Cash/credit card upon arrival (Payment with Credit Card is subject to a 1% charge. 3% Surcharge for payments with American Express).
Security Deposit:
at arrival, guests will be asked to pay a 300€ security deposit (600€ for stays longer than 3 weeks) as a guarantee for damages with credit card. This deposit will be refunded automatically 48 hours after the end of the stay. - Check In:
When you arrive in Salamanca, our Agent will provide you with all of the relevant information about the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the rental contract and entry form, show your passport and your credit card and pay the security deposit. You will then be handed the keys to your apartment.
Note, no check in after 9 PM of the arrival date, unless previously arranged with the Agent or Owner.
Check Out:
To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to indicate your estimated time of departure beforehand sending us an email.
On the day of your Check Out, you must vacate the apartment before 11:00am. We kindly ask that you inspect the apartment before leaving, dispose of any garbage, and leave the keys on the living room table. Our cleaning team will arrive at 11:00am to clean and to review the apartment inventory.
If you would like to leave the apartment after 11:00am we will do our best to accommodate your needs, however i
