- 50% deposit required at time of booking. Credit Card number is required for damage deposit. Any damage or indications of pet stains will be photographed and repaired/replaced at renters expense. Cancellations within 60 days before rental will have a $100.00 cancellation fee. Within 45 to 30 days of rental, the cancellation fee to be 1/2 of deposit. Cancellations after that time will have the deposit fee forfeited. Balance payable on the first day of rental, by check or Credit Card, checks preferred, please. Credit card rate is an additional 5%.
