Northport Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000-1350/Week

50% deposit required at time of booking, balance plus a $300.00 damage deposit at time of arrival. Cancellations within 60 days before rental will have a $20.00 cancellation fee, after that time will have a 50% of deposit fee.
Low Season: Months of May, Sept., Oct. 1000.00/ week + 6% sales tax.
High Season: June 1 through Labor Day $1350.00/week + 6% sales tax. -
$1350.00/week Peak season, May 31 through Sept. 6th.

Northport Cottage Details
There are two bedrooms; one queen and one with twin beds, a sleeper-sofa in the living room, a large kitchen/dining area with wood burning stove, 2 full baths and a laundry room. Please provide your own towels. The kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher and has about every sort of cooking implement needed for preparing your own meals, or choose from one of the fun and tasty restaurants in the area. Exploring the fantastic and unique Leelanau peninsula is a must and offers so much it's hard to name it all. Choose from a variety of spectacular golf courses, including an Arnold Palmer designed course south of Leeland...the famous fishtown known for it's fine dining, historic wharf, waterfall and shopping. For wine lovers, this is the region of Michigan that is producing an amazing variety of fine wines from dozens of producers now gaining national recognition. You can spend days just discovering them all.
There are deep woods hiking/bicycling trails with groomed paths and unexpected boardwalks just seconds from the cottage. More extensive hiking trails going up to a spectacular platform overlooking Lake Michigan and the Manitou Islands are just 2 mikes south... look for the nesting Bald Eagles over Mudd Lake as you turn into the park. Our rate of $1350/week makes this one of the best values on the market. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, Laundry with washer and dryer, wood burning stove, Weber grill, TV with DVD, phone for local calls only, deck, large beach, playground nearby. Activities: Swimming, Boating (BYOBoat), hiking, fishing, wine tasting, golf 20 min. away, eagle watching, nearby playground, shopping in Leeland, art galleries, large marina 6 miles south in Northport, Petosky stone hunting, beach fires during low hazard times.
