Amenities: 2 bedrooms (1) queen size bed in the downstairs master bedroom; (2) full sizebeds in the upstairs bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, deck on lower and upper level, both bedrooms have TVs. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 'refrigerator and range. Living room has a Sofa, Chair and Ottoman. CD/Radio, TV, board games,books and magazines to read and relax! Utility room has washer and dryer, iron, ironing board. Electronic card access to Pool, Tennis Courts, Workout Center and waterfront park and boat launch. Point Venture has a well mainicured 9-hole golf course. The 4th greeen is directly behind the townhome. Several 18 hole golf courses are just within minutes. Activities:Golfing, Boating, Fishing, Water Skiing, Sailing, Swimming, Tennis, etc.....Relaxing. Our favorite time is spent golfing, having coffee in the morning overlooking the golf course. Grilling on the BBQ pit and enjoying the sunsets. A walk along the beach area of the private park or building a sandcastle. Area: Located one hour from downtown Austin, we are close enough to shopping and entertainment and yet far enough away for your relaxing vacation.
