Amenities: 2 bedrooms (one queen in Master; two full size in upstairs bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, deck on lower and upper level, both bedrooms have TVs. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 'fridge and range. Living room has loveseat, Futon couch that folds out to queen size bed, futon chair and ottoman that folds out to be twin bed, Radio/CD stereo and TV with VCR. Board games, kids’ movies, books and magazines to read and relax! Utility room has washer and dryer. Card access to Pool, Tennis Courts, Water Park, boat launch and marina. 9-hole golf course runs behind our place. Two 18-hole courses within minutes. Activities:Golfing, Boating, Fishing, Water Skiing, Sailing, Swimming, Tennis, etc.....Relaxing!!
Area: Located one hour from downtown Austin, we are close enough to shopping and entertainment and yet far enough away for your relaxing vacation.
