The downstairs bathroom is ensuite to the downstairs bedroom, and also features travertine, quartz, and granite. All bathrooms are immaculate, with tiled floors and 100% cotton towels.

- The spacious master bedroom is a king-sized suite containing a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate travertine & quartz tiled shower, and opens up onto an oceanfront lanai. The master bedroom has a full ocean view and you can hear the soothing sounds of the surf while you fall asleep! The second bedroom upstairs is large and has its own bath, two twin beds, and a futon sofa that converts to a queen bed. It was originally two separate bedrooms that were remodeled into one very spacious sleeping area, with two full-sized closets and a sitting area. The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. It can be entered either through the house or its own entrance, and is perfect for grandparents, a nanny, friends, or families with more than two children.
