Kaluakoi Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $110-130/Night
- Rates do not include a Hawaii State tax of 13.42%
and a cleaning fee of $80 per stay.
50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking and the balance plus a $200 Security Deposit are due 30 days in advance.
Full deposit refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date.
The rental fee is nonrefundable if cancellation are made less than 30 days of arrival.
Note: Rates are subject to change without notice, until confirmed. - November through Mar $130/night and $780/week
April through October $110/night and $660 week
