- In each bedroom a cable TV is mounted on the wall and is accessible with/a remote control. **The Sailboat Room (Master Bedroom) is very spacious and has a king size bed, 2 bedside tables w/lamps on each table, and one dresser. The Lighthouse bathroom adjoins this room and is very private. This bedroom is also very private because it is at the end of the condo away from the other 2 bedrooms. **The Hawaiian Room (2nd bedroom) has a king size bed, 1 bedside table w/lamp and one dresser. This bedroom is located at the other end of the condo next to the front door of the condo. **The 3rd bedroom (which has a beach theme) is located next to the Hawaiian Room. This bedroom has a pyramid bed w/trundle. It is like a bunk bed, with a single bed on top, a double bed on the bottom, and a single trundle bed that stores underneath the beds and can be rolled out to use. **The Fish Bathroom (2nd bath) is located across the hall from bedroom #2 & #3. Both bathrooms have a complete tub w/shower.

Pet Friendly: We welcome Pets!! In fact, we have a little black lab! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 charged to renters. There are quiet streets nearby to walk your pets. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the beaches without a leash. Printed here for your convenience is the Kill Devil Hills town law as it pertains to pets: Between May 15 and September 15 of each year, no dogs shall be permitted on the public beach between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless being used to aid a handicapped person. At all other times, no dogs shall be permitted on the public beaches except upon a leash and under the control of owner or handler. Please clean up after your pet.
Guest Book: Dear Linda & George, We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at your place in Kill Devil Hills. We rented your condo the week of July 22 to July 29. The pictures on Sun Realty's website, the Sunday check-in, and the virtual tour were what sold us in deciding to rent your condo. The accommodations were perfect and your place is just beautiful! It really felt like home away from home! We felt the location was a good one as we visited places in Nags Head, Manteo, Bodie Island and traveled to Duck one evening to have dinner and just to take a look. The people at Sun Realty couldn't have been nicer and were very gracious in answering our questions. We would definitely consider renting it again if it would be available.
