A newly-designed tastefully furnished Non Smoking loft apt with 2 sleeping areas , located in lower Manhattan (Tribeca). It consists of 2 sleeping areas, with 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another sleeping area is a bunk bed unit with 2 comfortable twin beds in it, one over the other, with an additional double sofa bed in living area. The bedroom areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid wall (ceilings are 12'6-in) and from the living area by sliding fabric panels. Living/dining room, modern kitchen and bath, with new separate laundry in our private hall. This apartment can sleep up to 3-4.This well appointed loft apartment is on 2nd floor (no elevator), 800 sq ft with 12' 6-in ceilings. TV, washer/dryer and AC/Cable. Ideal location/gym nearby, in the heart of Tribeca; New York's most desirable downtown area, many 4* restaurants surrounding. Land marked historic district, set among old cobblestone streets that are the backdrop for many Hollywood films.

A 10 minute walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea and 4 blocks from the Hudson River Park, with uninterrupted biking and pedestrian/jogging paths along the water, that go all the way uptown, as well as several waterfront parks with bike rentals, tennis and sand volley ball courts, batting cages, rollerblading, skate board park, playground, splash pool, free kayaking, mini golf, ping pong and a trapeze school. Express subway/bus one block away. Taxis on corner. Grocery and health food shopping nearby. The neighborhood is very family friendly, along with many notable 4 star restaurants, lovely design/boutiques that make walking a great pastime here, along the picturesque cobblestone streets that are extremely safe at all hours.
