Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $795/Week (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
- There is no extra charge for cleaning -- you leave and we clean! For summer renters, security deposit of $100.00 is due upon lease signing; Rental of $795/week is due 30 days prior to move-in date. Security deposit is returned on or before 30 days of move-out date. If you must cancel prior to sending the rental monies, we will retain the security deposit until we are able to rent your week; if successful, we happily return the deposit. If you must cancel subsequent to sending the rental monies, we will promptly refund your security deposit and retain the rental monies until we are able to rent your week; if successful, we happily return the rental monies. Simple!

Guest Book Comments: Hi Barbara! We've just got back from our summer vacation and I wanted to make sure I would thank you again for the lovely stay we had at your house in Huron. The place was impeccably clean (even the fridge...). The neighborhood was calm, beautiful and friendly. And we were impressed to see that we had access to a dishwasher and laundry machines. Anyways, we all enjoyed your place very much, everything was perfect, and be sure I will keep your infos for a future trip in that region. (By the way thanks for the little Hershey chocolates.
