Harbert House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Extended period rental rates available.
- Accept cash or checks.
A $275 security deposit is required at time of reservation and will be returned (less $75 for cleaning) within 30 days.
If you cancel prior to 30 days of the reservation and the property can be re-rented, all funds will be refunded. If the property is not rented, we retain a $50 handling fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reservation, and the property is not re-rented, monies will not be refunded.
Weekly rate for May 1 - September 30 $1,200 a week
Weekend rate after May 1 $500 a weekend: $600 for Memorial and Labor Day Weekends
Summer Months/seasonal rentals $4,500 month/ reduced rates for seasonal rentals
Summer season daily rentals $200 week night
