The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated in a nautical/beachy theme. Fully equipped with Cal King bed, queen sleeper sofa, 2 floor futons, crib, 2 TV’s, 2 VCRs and DVD player, video library, DVR-Digital cable, fax machine, printer, games, nice new linens & kitchen items and everything for fun on the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, coolers and more). There is a custom tile bar shelf on the balcony with captain’s chairs to enjoy the sun, have meals or to have a sunset toast while you capture the sun melt into the sea. All you really need is clothing and food! Surfers get out your boards for you are at one the finest surf breaks right out in front of our complex for short or long boarding (sshhh! My husband doesn't want anyone to know, but I'll let you know.) Many surfers navigate here from all over the world for World Championships or simply recreational.

For those who would like to venture out and get up on a board, 'Team Wahine' (see other links) offers co-ed surf lessons and camps and is located inside the Oceanside Harbor Lighthouse which is only a 1/4 mile walk from the unit. No need to rack up the boards and drive to other locations you can just step out 50 yds. to slide in the water. For those traveling with families, this unit is baby equipped with portable crib and nice bedding, baby bathtub, hooded bath towels, potty seat, booster seat, stroller, jogging stroller (rent), deluxe backpack, toys, videos (Elmo, Barney, and Disney), games and a big bucket of sand toys. No need to lug the home with you and for the little ones to have fun as well. For those with physical challenges, this unit is in very close proximity to amenities and is a single level (bathtub/shower does not have a handicap bar) unit. We are only 2 doors down from elevator.

Library, laundry, pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, garage and beach are right down elevator. No need to take one stair to any of these or my unit. For you 'Fitness Buffs' we have an on-site Personal Fitness Trainer (by appointment only), Massage Therapist (by appointment only) and seasonal Yoga Classes in our Party Room (Free). We have many great Fitness Centers close by: from the new YMCA (also has a kids activity pool & water slide), Co-ed or Women Only (sorry gentlemen). We are now offering Wireless and High Speed Internet Free! Just bring your laptop. Also have 5 other one bedroom units to select from. Kids will not want to leave and neither will you!
