Eureka Cabin Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $200/Night, 3 night min, $1,200/week, $300 damage deposit
• 3 night minimum: $200 per night
  
  To secure a reservation and Hold Dates we require 50% of the rental payment per the rates above. Dates will be blocked out when this payment is received.
  
  The remaining rent and the $300 security/damage deposit is then due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
  
  NOTE: The above rates DO NOT include a 7% Montana occupancy tax which is also required.
  
  Check-in time.... anytime after 2:00 pm
  Check-out time.... anytime before 11:00 am
  
  We may be able to accommodate guests with last-minute needs so please check with us!
  
  If canceled less than 30 days before check-in date, only 50% of above fees will be returned. If canceled more than 30 days before your check-in date, all of the above fees will be returned except a $100 reservation holding charge.
  
  
  After your stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.
