The tax rate for rentals of 7 nights or more is 5/875% and $2 night bedroom tax
The tax rate for Daily rentals of fewer than 7 nights is 13.875% and $3.50/night bedroom tax
50% Refundable Security Deposit returned after phone bill received
To reserve: A rent deposit of 1/2 of rent & tax. Remainder 30 days prior to arrival
In the rare event of cancellation, the rent deposit minus $250 fee & expenses will be refunded only if the apartment is re rented. If the apartment is not re rented, the rent is not refundable.
