St. Joseph House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $900 - 1500 Summer, plus cleaning fee.
- 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Cancellation refundable if able to re-book the house minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-book the house we will substitute another week based on availability.
Early/Mid June: $900 - $1300
July - August: $1500
Nightly: Two nights during the off season. Our rates range from $150 - $250 per night depending on size of group and length of stay. - Monthly also available in the off season. Call for weekly rates in the off season. Holidays three night minimum.
We do NOT always update our calendar because we have four different houses. If this house is booked, we may have another house that you can rent. Larger groups can combine houses. We have capacity to sleep a total of 45 people!
