- Puerto Rican Government Requires us to charge tax room tax and local tax. $100 Cleaning fee is due and payable at the time of check in to pick up keys.
In lieu of security deposit guests may purchase Property Damage Protection Policy. - 50% of rent is due within 7 days to secure reservation. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner evenings on the 11 by 20 upper terrace off the master suite with a view of the Atlantic.
