The security deposit is returned to you 30 days after departure if cottage left clean (exception of beds and bathrooms), undamaged, household items in place and check out prompt.
No refund of deposit given unless the unit can be re-rented at the same rate for that period.
This home is only large enough to handle my occupancy of 14 people and 3 to 4 cars! If you have more people than are listed on the lease, you will forfit your deposit and be asked to leave. No additional people allowed at any time.

Check-Out: Saturday prior to 10:00 a.m.
No Proms, Bachelor Parties, or other underage events.
You must be at least 25 year old to rent this property. - Will accept credit card payments through PayPal for an additional $75 for a week or less for the weekend
