Canmore House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $5600.00 CAD to $7000.00 CAD per week.
- Minimum 7 night stay required with rates from $5,600.00 CAD to $7,000.00 CAD.
Please Note:
We do not reduce our rental rates for shorter bookings.
25% of the Rent is required to complete all bookings.
Full amount + a $950.00 refundable security/damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy - payments (less 20%) are refunded if the home is re-rented.
Renter will be required to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement in compliance with the Town of Canmore land use bylaws.

Due to severe allergies in our family, our home is strictly non smoking and we can not allow any pets. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
Our home is for the use of tenants only, no larger gatherings or functions can be held here. Children require parental supervision at all times.
We do not have parking for larger vehicles such as motor homes or campers and require that all tenants vehicles be parked on our driveway.
