Canmore House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $4900.00 CAD to $7000.00 per week
- Rental rates from $4900.00 CAD to $7000.00 CAD per week. Minimum 7 night stay required.
Rates are based on length of stay, number of guests and time of year.
25% of the Rent is required to complete all bookings.
Full amount + a $850.00 refundable security/damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy - payments (less 20%) are refunded if the home is re-rented.
Renter will be required to sign a standard landlord and tenant lease agreement.

Due to severe allergies in our family, our home is strictly non smoking and we can not allow guests to bring any pets.
Our home is for the use of registered guests only, no larger gatherings can be held here.
We do not have parking for larger vehicles such as motor homes or campers and require that all guests vehicles be parked on our driveway.
Check in after 4:00 PM. Check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

Festivals: Festival of the Eagles - October 17-18 / Banff Mountain Film & Book Festivals November 1 to 9 / Vic Lewis Band Festival - TBA/ Alberta Cup Cross Country Ski Races December 20 & 21/ Party on the Pond - December 31
Golf: There are 6 Golf courses located within an hours drive of our home.The Canmore Golf Course, the Silvertip and the Stewart Creek courses are all within a 10 minute drive. The Banff Springs course is a 20 minute drive. The Kananaskis Ranch course is a 30 minute drive. The two Kananaskis Country courses are a 40 minute drive.
Cross Country and Alpine Skiing: The Canmore Nordic Centre, home of the Nordic events during the 1988 Winter Olympics is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk/ski from our door. Track set trails provide great skiing in winter and excellent mountain biking trails in summer. There are 4 world class alpine ski resorts located within an hours drive of our home. Lake Louise 50 minutes, Sunshine Village 35 minutes, Mt. Norquay 25 minutes, Nakiska 45 minutes.
Other Activities: sightseeing, canoeing, river rafting, kyaking, fly fishing, rock climbing, caving, ice climbing, dog sledding
