- Last minute, extended stay and early booking rates available - please inquire. Families and adults only please. Rates do not include South Carolina taxes of 12% *Or* $100 exit cleaning charge($150 with pets). Additional pet cleaning fee of $50. Space can be reserved with a 25% deposit-full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy. $150 security deposit refundable within 30 days after vacating property. Sorry no refunds unless re-rented. Linen rental is available with advanced notice.
