Rates include all charges except 11.5% South Carolina accommodations tax. Note: Entire advance payment of rental is due not less than four (4) weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of $200 is required with all reservations. Security deposit amounts must be received prior to confirmation of the guest reservations. Security deposits are returned promptly after end of rental period. Refunds of advance payments are forfeited if cancellations are less than thirty (30)days prior to the scheduled arrival date. House keys should be picked up at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort front desk; 12 Kiawah Beach Drive, Kiawah Island. Keys should be returned to the same location.

Guest Book: Our family stayed for one week in July. The house was perfect for a family with seven people staying. The house is very roomy and the porch is wonderful no matter how hot...the fan makes it very nice. It was nice to have a nice home to stay in with all the amenities of home and still be on vacation.
